From the 6th to the 11th November 2023, European and Chinese partners met in Nanjing, China for a consortium meeting. This was the first meeting in China for European partners and the organization by the Chinese partners was excellent. All partners discussed their work progress in the internal meeting with some of the EiCLaR Members of the Stakeholders Board and Technical Advisory Board. After the internal consortium meeting, European partners participated with their Chinese colleagues in their presentation of the project to the Chinese Science Advisory Board. Everyone visited at an EiCLaR demonstration site in Zhangjiagang, a company involved in the Chinese partners site tests and the laboratory of the EiCLaR partner institution Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This was an extremely productive and rewarding week.
